Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To cater for clients underwriting and claims issues for efficient and effective brokerage services within the Ascoma Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of various insurance products<\/li>\n<li>Must be competent in insurance underwriting strategies as well as practices and be able to dictates policy adjustments in line with client requirements<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have in depth knowledge and understanding of claims management and claim administration practices or possess some level claims adjustment abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be able to understand and drive a pre and post loss surveys with related parties on-behalf of clients.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be able to offer key, sound, and accurate technical advice to clients to ensure they align their insurance pack with the operations of their business.<\/li>\n<li>Must be good at generating and create sound technical and audit reports on client insurance requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MANAGERIAL DUTIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Chief Operating Officer in organizing, planning and implementing strategy for the department and driving company growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OTHER DUTIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DEPARTMENTAL RELATIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain contact with team members and all departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EXTERNAL RELATIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain contacts with clients and insurance companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>WORK ENVIRONMENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal office environment<\/li>\n<li>Roaming (to be determined as and when)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OTHER TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge in General Insurance, Reinsurance and related fields of study<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Microsoft Office packs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>ACII holder or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to plan, coordinate and follow activities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and evaluate alternative solution to problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take timely decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish objective, targets and goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OTHER COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work under minimal
