Our network of both local and international engineers puts us up as a viable choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Process Simulation Technical Expert\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Process Simulation Technical Specialist will bring onboard a high level of knowledge and experience in simulation and modelling for conventional steady state, dynamic simulation, process\/refinery planning and economic optimization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Process Simulation Technical Specialist will serve as a technical authority to our clients for continuous improvement of their units.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maximize the value of the models in terms of quality thermodynamics basic properties\/data \u2013 for R&amp;D purposed and to ensure a full coverage of quality models for all refinery\/petchem plants to serve the following purposes:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Build and validate high fidelity models for all plants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor\/improve complex unit operation\/troubleshoot equipment and process underperformance, and develop corresponding model supported solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop capabilities related to simulations, training new recruits, implementing best practices, and bringing uniformity in simulations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Audit simulation files generated by clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform refinery unit modelling, configuration, LP planning\/scheduling and economic optimization.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Supports the development of kinetic models for the refinery and petrochemical plants, tracks and assessed the benefits of the potential adoption of new modelling tools and techniques, by connecting to leading simulation teams\/companies in the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chemical Engineering degree (MSc., Ph.D.).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in simulation and modelling: has a high level quality track record of modelling<\/li>\n<li>Have prior experience in process design and simulation of offshore\/onshore natural gas processing plants, or other process plants and\/or industrial refrigeration projects.
