Resonance is seeking candidates to join our team in the role of Livelihoods Specialist for the USAID Ghana Sustainable Fisheries Management Project (SFMP). The Livelihoods Specialist will work closely with the Market Development Specialist, members of the Resonance home office project management team, and other internal and external stakeholders to identify and support promising supplementary livelihoods for individuals and households engaged in the fisheries sector. S\/he will identify attractive supplementary livelihoods activities that build on skills common in fisheries households, organize trainings to strengthen technical and financial capacity of participants, and work with the Market Development Specialist to implement an in-kind grant mechanism to support participants piloting selected livelihoods.<\/p>\n

This will be a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana from July 2020-March 2021.<\/p>\n
