{"id":48368,"date":"2020-06-23T18:33:36","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T18:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=48368"},"modified":"2020-06-23T18:33:36","modified_gmt":"2020-06-23T18:33:36","slug":"vodafone-ghana-vacancies-2020-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vodafone-ghana-vacancies-2020-3.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone Ghana Vacancies 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Develop collaborative cross-functional working relationships with all business units and serve as a business relationship linkage at all level including Senior Management<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the customer\u2019s need is satisfied<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Service Delivery Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Impact on business<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agree with business units on technology Service level requirements<\/li>\n<li>Agree with internal business support unit on Operational Level Agreements<\/li>\n<li>Relate with Business units to ascertain performance levels of Services from a Customer and User perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the changing business needs and determine levels of Service required to support the business.<\/li>\n<li>Translate Strategic, Tactical and Operational objectives of business units to Service Level Agreements\/Technology deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 Customers, supplier, and third parties<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Underpinning contract support technology Service Level Agreements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and report on user\u2019s experience of Services<\/li>\n<li>Development and maintenance of technology vendor, supplier and contract database<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 Leadership and teamwork<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the drafting, implementing and monitoring of Service improvement plans<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular technology and business governance meetings<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a \u2018Service mentality\u2019 and \u2018collaboration approach\u2019 in relationships between technology and business units.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates and leads the planning and execution of business change management systems through the use of technology<\/li>\n<li>Actively adheres to and enforce compliance and risk management policies, and participates in business continuity planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 Innovation and change<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee a well-documented auditable process that assures the quality of service and maximize the delivery capability<\/li>\n<li>Leads in identifying, assessing and promoting the use of existent and innovative technologies for increased productivity or new capabilities for the business<\/li>\n<li>Influence existing market standards, processes and procedures and facilitate the generation of ideas from the team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communication<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs research, and investigates potential solutions for internal client groups and communicates solution recommendations that support business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear communication through workshops, presentations and (or) other informal sessions to stakeholders on service issues and their resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and Report on technology Service Level Performance\/Achievements<\/li>\n<li>Works to communicate and understand concerns related to technology alignment across<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technological background, with BSc qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>ITIL Foundation Certificate, Practitioner in Service Level Management will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>2 years\u2019 experience in an area of specialization;
