{"id":4842,"date":"2011-08-04T07:09:59","date_gmt":"2011-08-04T07:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=4842"},"modified":"2016-11-14T10:48:29","modified_gmt":"2016-11-14T10:48:29","slug":"hr-manager-jobs-in-ghana-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/hr-manager-jobs-in-ghana-2011.html","title":{"rendered":"HR Manager Jobs in Ghana 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ob description<\/h2>\n<p>The Human Resource Manager must have a solid experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.<\/p>\n<p>The primary scope of this function is to build and protect the Company\u2019s most valuable asset which is the Human Resources by fostering a culture of \u2018\u2019equal opportunity employer\u2019\u2019 and building<\/p>\n<p>He\/she must recruit and develop the right talents with the right skills and competencies to achieve the Company\u2019s mission, vision and values.<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Accra, Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>HR Operation Regional Level<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development at the regional level (including recruitment and selection policy\/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, performance appraisals and quality management issues)<\/li>\n<li>Management of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection and Placement Process<\/li>\n<li>Organizational development &amp; compensation strategy<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management, Identifying Training and Development needs Analysis and Development of Training Plans<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain appropriate RH systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales<\/li>\n<li>Manage all employee relations including managing conflicts, dismissal, corrective measures as well as conducting exit interviews and performance evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with all functional\/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements<\/li>\n<li>Other areas being &#8211; Retention; Utilizations; Productivity; Resource development; Training effectiveness; Interviewing efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partnering with senior line management to execute HR direction, design, and strategy within the business unit(s) to ensure alignment with strategic business requirements and change management initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of core HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement Human Resource best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and modify Human Resource practices and procedures to effectively integrate company acquisitions to ensure consistency and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h2>Qualifications et experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Business school or equivalent specialization in HR management<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar position especially in a \u00a0FMCG or large industrial setup handling all HR matters<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of Program Planning, implementation and evaluation principles, practices and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Should have good analytical \u00a0and numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in problem solving, analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in Africa<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Apply by clicking on this link:<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adexen.com\/en\/offer_GHA0569_hr-manager.html\">http:\/\/www.adexen.com\/en\/offer_GHA0569_hr-manager.html<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ob description The Human Resource Manager must have a solid experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.
