Every year 4 billion Jumbo cubes are consumed throughout the African continent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Area Sales Manager \u2013 Ashanti and BA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gino<\/strong>\u00a0provides a wide range of quality products to African families: tomato paste and mix, seasonings, pasta and rice among other products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are in search of Area Sales Managers to coordinate the activities of Sales Officers in Ashanti, Bono East, Brong Ahafo and Ahafo Regions<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for Net Sales Target for assigned Region(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for driving growth of existing products as well as launching of any new product in his \/ her assigned region(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle redistribution model of sales in his\/her assigned regions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish, maintain &amp; expand customer base in his\/her region(s) with the help of his\/her team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop &amp; implement sales strategies in his\/her assigned region(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure delivery of sales targets by individual Sales Officers and his\/her team as a whole<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate required MIS accurately from his\/her assigned territory as per pre-decided fixed frequency in order to help management take right decisions related to pricing, promotion etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What can you expect from us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being part of a multinational company where you will be able to contribute to growth and development of a business while being developed and equipped for success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is committed, has professional field Sales experience and is ready to explore the opportunities and challenges that the role brings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 Years\u2019 Experience in current Role as Area Sales Manager in a reputable FMCG company<\/li>\n<li>Should have handled redistribution model sales<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to handle a team of 4-5 sales officers<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Degree or professional Certificate in Marketing or Sales<\/li>\n<li>Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Open mindset, proactiveness, teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing Date<\/strong>\u00a0: 20 July, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enjoying together around good food\u201d\u00a0defines the essence of\u00a0GBfoods.
