{"id":48452,"date":"2020-06-26T08:03:15","date_gmt":"2020-06-26T08:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=48452"},"modified":"2020-06-26T08:03:15","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T08:03:15","slug":"hr-bureau-ghana-vacancies-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/hr-bureau-ghana-vacancies-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"HR Bureau Ghana Vacancies 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Facilities Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nManage, supervise and coordinate all camp\/villa activities including maintenance, general upkeep, and budgetary requirements.<br \/>\nAssist in setting up facilities as needed for the company; oversee and coordinate the ordering and delivery of all required materials for setting up the camp.<br \/>\nPerform required preventive maintenance for the facilities and ensure appropriate actions are taken for all identified problem areas.<br \/>\nResponsible for identifying and liaising with all external vendors required for the security and maintenance of the facilities.<br \/>\nRecruit staff to fill general maintenance functions and other junior-level positions.<br \/>\nWork closely with the Project Manager and HSE Manager to ensure the overall safety of\u00a0 staff; ensure compliance with required safety, health and environmental regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nMust have at least 5 years\u2019 experience as a Camp\/Facilities Manager.<br \/>\nIn depth knowledge of Camp Management including logistics and scheduling, procurement, camp standard compliance, and safety.<br \/>\nExperience managing contractors and vendors.<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of preventive maintenance.
