{"id":48472,"date":"2020-06-26T08:08:50","date_gmt":"2020-06-26T08:08:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=48472"},"modified":"2020-06-26T08:08:50","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T08:08:50","slug":"hr-bureau-ghana-recruitment-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/hr-bureau-ghana-recruitment-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"HR Bureau Ghana Recruitment 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nLiaise and collaborate with regional Procurement Officers and relevant Managers in order to ensure that logistic requirements are met; including regional acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery and final disposal of resources.<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to take advantage of sales opportunities and minimize overall costs.<br \/>\nMonitor and coordinate supply chain operations to include inventory control, consolidate price listings across all project sites, and distribution timelines.<br \/>\nManage the movement of goods (both into Africa and between countries) in order to maximize value and minimize costs.<br \/>\nDevelop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Logistics Department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nDegree\/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.<br \/>\nProven ability to coordinate logistical activities across multiple projects sites; coordinating logistical movements between multiple countries.<br \/>\nProfessional proficiency in English; both written and verbal.
