This role reports to the Shop Manager<\/p>\n<p>Role specific requirement:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Lead and supervise shop assistants<br \/>\n\u2022Stock taking<br \/>\n\u2022Trains and mentors shop assistants<br \/>\n\u2022Be attentive to customer needs<br \/>\n\u2022Help customers find what they are looking for or propose alternate item if preference is not available<br \/>\n\u2022Advice or recommend products to customers<br \/>\n\u2022Make sure all stock is in display<br \/>\n\u2022Be aware of what customers are doing in the shop to guard against shoplifting<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum qualification:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022HND will be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u20224 years work experience with 1 year experience in similar role<br \/>\n\u2022Customer service experience in retail<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge of computer retail software<br \/>\n\u2022Basic computer skills<br \/>\n\u2022Able to communicate adequately in English<\/p>\n<p>Role specific requirement:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022High Integrity<br \/>\n\u2022Problem Solving skills<br \/>\n\u2022Team Player<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022Flexible to do different tasks<br \/>\n\u2022Able to work shift systems (day or evening shift), weekend and holidays<br \/>\n\u2022Assertive<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0Shop Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The sales assistant shall be responsible for greeting, assisting and selling to customers.
