{"id":48744,"date":"2020-07-08T08:39:57","date_gmt":"2020-07-08T08:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=48744"},"modified":"2020-07-08T08:39:57","modified_gmt":"2020-07-08T08:39:57","slug":"zormelo-associates-recruitment-2020-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-recruitment-2020-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Recruitment 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Collaborate with senior management to develop effective short- and long-term plans and strategies for the Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Strategy, and Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put plans and measures in place to monitor and ensure full execution of Bank-wide strategy<\/li>\n<li>Assess the Bank\u2019s \u00a0goals, determine \u00a0which ones are realistic, and work with management \u00a0to develop actionable plans to achieve the said objectives<\/li>\n<li>Work with departments to develop and implement departmental strategies that are aligned with the corporate strategy<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Human Capital Department to implement performance scorecards for departments and ensure that they are aligned to the corporate strategy<\/li>\n<li>Review and identify business gaps and propose corrective actions that align with the corporate strategy<\/li>\n<li>Manage the economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports on strategy updates for management and board<\/li>\n<li>Work to remove impediments obstructing strategy implementation<\/li>\n<li>Develop business presentations to management when required.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the team to develop innovative business techniques, tools and models.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends.<\/li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis of potential business problems and provide effective resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Develop business cases based on business analytics and competitive intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>Perform business modelling to optimize business functionality and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in related discipline is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum eight (8) years\u2019 Banking experience with at least Five (5) years in a similar role and three (3) years in a managerial role<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience in Performance Management, Strategy Formulation, Sales, Project management and Business Intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>substantial exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<li>High level strategic thinking<\/li>\n<li>Mathematically and statistically inclined<\/li>\n<li>Quick decision making skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing Date<\/strong>\u00a0: 29 July, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Collaborate with senior management to develop effective short- and long-term plans and strategies for the Bank.
