Your key functions will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BTS\/TX\/Power equipment maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of upgrades, repairs, and maintenance performed<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining in-depth, current knowledge of telecoms equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Additional duties may be assigned, as deemed necessary within the scope of this position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are required?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ghanaian citizenship or permanent residency \u2013 this is not an expat role<\/li>\n<li>HND, Electronics Engineering or anything related;<\/li>\n<li>Must have Ericsson and Huawei experience in installation, commissioning, RBS 2000\/6000\/BTS3900<\/li>\n<li>Telecom TX\/RAN field installation.<\/li>\n<li>Software installation and configuration (LMT\/Moshel\/GUI\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications field service<\/li>\n<li>Cisco\/Ericsson router and switches<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personality and Cultural Success Factors<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Easy to do business with; resourceful, adaptable, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
