This is the right opportunity for you.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"st-jobDescription\" class=\"job-section\">\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As our Business Development Associate, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and implement our overall fundraising,\u00a0sustainability and business development strategies<\/li>\n<li>Generate\u00a0revenue\u00a0through the sales and marketing of our\u00a0products and services<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders including partners and donors for consistent funding channels<\/li>\n<li>Secure funding through grants,\u00a0sponsorship\u00a0(financial and in-kind), charitable events,campaigns\u00a0and other revenue sources locally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including identifying new prospects, maintaining relationships, qualifying prospects, making sales presentations, and securing the sale<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all complete financial reports are sent to stakeholders in a\u00a0timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Develop and track all sales, marketing and fundraising proposals and reports<\/li>\n<li>Represent DiV as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings<\/li>\n<li>Be an advocate for DiV amongst relevant stakeholders locally and internationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"st-qualifications\" class=\"job-section\">\n<p class=\"title\">Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>1. Two years + experience in business development, fundraising, corporate social responsibility or\u00a0non-profit management<\/p>\n<p>2. You\u2019re able to build long-lasting partnerships with multi-stakeholder groups through physical and online channels<\/p>\n<p>3. You\u2019re the boss when it comes to relationship building and can easily build rapport with key decision-makers<\/p>\n<p>4. Your communication\u00a0skills (written and verbal) are on point<\/p>\n<p>5. You\u2019re really good\u00a0at motivating and influencing others<\/p>\n<p>6.
