\n\u2022 Prepare a maintenance schedule for each machine and share with all parties affected
\n\u2022 Prepare list of the adequate stock of spare parts needed for the maintenance of the machinery and after approval of GM-After-Sales, follow-up with spare part department to order those parts
\n\u2022 Conduct the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in Ghana and liaise with sister companies in other markets to conduct the maintenance through their own staff or sub-contractors
\n\u2022 Liaise with manufacturer or his\/her representative when the need arises
\n\u2022 Install all new machinery
\n\u2022 Attend training on the installation, use and repair of the machinery when possible
\n\u2022 Train staff on the use of the machinery
\n\u2022 Liaise with and, if needed, travel to assist sister companies in the repair of their company
\n\u2022 Monitor performance of machine operations and advice when replacement is needed
\n\u2022 Prepare periodic report (maintenance, repairs, training etc) as well as the costs involved with these activities<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Post graduate Diploma in Engineering or HND with 5 to 8 years experience
\n\u2022 Must have a proven track record of facility maintenance and man agement
\n\u2022 Must be very proactive, self disciplined and tactful with good interpersonal and team building capabilities
\n\u2022 Must have good knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft Office
\n\u2022 Must have a valid driving license
\n\u2022 Must have leadership & management skills
\n\u2022 Superior at information gathering and report writing competencies
\n\u2022 Good negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
\n\u2022 Must be capable of developing, monitoring, coaching and leading an effective team<\/p>\n
