Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Estate Technical Assistants\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others in the Estate Department:<\/p>\n \u2022 Inspect and advise on repairs and maintenance works. AGE REQUIREMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants must not be more than thirty (30) years of age at the time of applying.<\/p>\n Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants must possess a minimum of WASSCE\/SSSCE\/GBCE\/GCE Ordinary Level with credits in at least five (5) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics. EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants must have at least one (1) year post-qualification experience in a reputable organization.<\/p>\n KEY COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent communication skills: both written and oral. \n\u2022 Oversee the general maintenance of the Council\u2019s properties.
\n\u2022 Supervise works of external service providers.
\n\u2022 Supervise subordinate staff.
\n\u2022 Ensure proper functioning of equipment in the Council.
\n\u2022 Keep an up-to-date assets register.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 In addition, she\/he must possess City and Guilds Intermediate Certificate \/ National Craftsman Certificate in a relevant Trade.
\n\u2022 Applicants must be computer literate.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Possess in-depth knowledge in estate management.
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills.
\n\u2022 Good organizational skills.<\/p>\n
