OSHG is a facilitator that sources client groups from employee-based groups, arranges financial services to mortgage banks and end users, selects, coordinates and controls constructors and ensures timely, quality delivery of affordable houses within the budget. OSHG believes in the ESG principles.<\/p>\n<p>The lower middle class in developing countries is rapidly growing and so is their demand for housing. More than 1 billion people are forced to live in slums and this percentage is growing rapidly. Many of these\u00a0 people\u00a0 have\u00a0 a\u00a0 decent\u00a0 job\u00a0 like\u00a0 nurses,\u00a0 teachers\u00a0 and\u00a0 civil\u00a0 servants\u00a0 and\u00a0 therefore\u00a0 a\u00a0 regular income.\u00a0 Rapid urbanization, wastage of resources, expensive building materials, inefficient construction methods and unshared ideas are all part of the underlying problem.
