{"id":4980,"date":"2011-08-10T02:33:54","date_gmt":"2011-08-10T02:33:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=4980"},"modified":"2013-12-26T17:12:05","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T17:12:05","slug":"latest-otr-tyres-ghana-ltd-recruitment-maintenance-planner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/latest-otr-tyres-ghana-ltd-recruitment-maintenance-planner.html","title":{"rendered":"Latest OTR Tyres Ghana Ltd Recruitment: Maintenance Planner"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Kal Tire, the trading name for OTR Tyres (Ghana) Ltd, is part of the global Kaltire group providing tyre solutions for the mining industry in the following areas: Tyre Management Services, Tyre Fitting Services, Technical Consultancy, Re-tread Manufacturing, Mining Tyre Repair.\u00a0 In Ghana, we are the leading earthmover tyre management and service supplier employing over 100 staff across 8 locations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><em>We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Planner to deliver a total preventative maintenance programme that ensures a continuous service availability for each piece of equipment.<\/p>\n<p><\/em><strong>Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planner service schedules, planned maintenance, spares and stock management<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the daily defect system<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring equipment budgets<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of an Asset Maintenance team training plan<\/li>\n<li>Produce a monthly defect report<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of agreed KPI delivery to internal (operations) and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for the Tarkwa Asset Maintenance workshop and stores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>Kal Tire will be able to offer the successful candidate a competitive remuneration package structured around knowledge, experience and skills.<br \/>\n<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of vehicle knowledge on both Heavy Goods and Light Vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Power take off systems<\/li>\n<li>Hydraulics system<\/li>\n<li>Compressor systems<\/li>\n<li>Lorry mounted crane with integrated remote control systems Driving Licence Category &#8211; F<\/li>\n<li>Competent in MS Office software<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year experience work in a mining or related industrial operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Applicants should submit their applications including CVs to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ghana@kaltire.com\">ghana@kaltire.com<\/a>\u00a0or<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>71 GK Ntow Street<br \/>\nSouth Chapel Hill<br \/>\nP.
