Every year 4 billion Jumbo cubes are consumed throughout the African continent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gino<\/strong>\u00a0provides a wide range of quality products to African families: tomato paste and mix, seasonings, pasta and rice among other products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Route-to-Market Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a new Route-to-Market manager who can perform below tasks.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute Best in Class Standard Operating Procedure for sales redistribution, deployment and execution for Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Highlight and mitigate areas of non-performance and potential project gaps while prioritizing those needing action and escalation to prevent delays in execution<\/li>\n<li>Appoint key distributors using specified, tested and measurable processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sustainable and excellent distribution strategy design and structure for GBfoods Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Develop Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with commercial team and regional sales manager team<\/li>\n<li>Lead the Redistribution team across the country<\/li>\n<li>Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors performance dashboard leveraging IT tools<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate execution of all product launch, activation exercise and re-launch of existing products in desired locations \/ regions<\/li>\n<li>Engage all Market Development Team members in Weekly Rural Market Development activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Get to know us better:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GB foods career page<\/li>\n<li>Jumbo Linkedin company page<\/li>\n<li>Jumbo website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>10 years\u2019 relevant experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and Operations in the Food and Beverages industry \/FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in handling Key distributors and ability to develop RTM Model &amp; Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Experience living and working in multiple markets (developed and emerging)<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution, and Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Individual must be detail orientated with high-level analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing Date<\/strong>\u00a0: 27 August, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enjoying together around good food\u201d\u00a0defines the essence of\u00a0GBfoods.
