\n\u2022 Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
\n\u2022 Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
\n\u2022 Answers questions from clients
\n\u2022 Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
\n\u2022 Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
\n\u2022 Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
\n\u2022 Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
\n\u2022 Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
\n\u2022 Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
\n\u2022 Makes product appeal to the target market
\n\u2022 Trains other sales people in the art of selling
\n\u2022 Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
\n\u2022 Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
\n\u2022 Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience: 2-5 years\u2019 experience; Minimum 2 or more years of sales experience, including demonstrated track record of field sales in FMCG sector preferably in Vegetable oil industry.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated competencies in business development, negotiation, sales or marketing executive
\n\u2022 Excellent oral & written communication skills<\/p>\n
