\n\u2022 Ultimately, should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience: 2-3 years\u2019 experience in the food industry.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Familiarity with computerized maintenance management system
\n\u2022 Strong leadership potential demonstrated.
\n\u2022 Proven Leadership skills
\n\u2022 Good communicator with effective team-related skills.
\n\u2022 Attention to details \/ meticulous
