Handle all internal and external public relations practices. Handle Practice Members data, perform consultations exams and scan. Assist the Doctor in the adjustment room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsible to:<\/strong>\u00a0Operations Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform internal and external Marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in organizing in-office and outside workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and report marketing statistics of the Centres.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in organizing health fairs and exhibitions.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation and execution of yearly marketing calendars.<\/li>\n<li>Creates articles and Co-ordinate newsletters.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in preparing office documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performs consultation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interview Practice Members to know their current and past health problems<\/li>\n<li>Educate them to our Chiropractic approach that we will use to solve their problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perform and report scans and rescans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run the scan<\/li>\n<li>Run two scans for each patient (Rolling thermal scan &amp; Surface electromyography scan)<\/li>\n<li>Report the findings to the Practice Member and answer further questions<\/li>\n<li>Enter the data form the health resume and import the scans into the Atlas system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conduct physical examine for Practice Members.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine the physical state of the Practice Members.<\/li>\n<li>Bio-structural Postural Test<\/li>\n<li>Neurological Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monitor Practice Members on their health status.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor their exercises and supplement intake<\/li>\n<li>Prepare letters for Practice Members who may need covering letters for purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Check their BP when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Set up the centre.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put on the Music lights and Air-condition in the adjustment room.<\/li>\n<li>Organize the adjustment room.<\/li>\n<li>Dust all items in the room.<\/li>\n<li>Align the adjustment tables.<\/li>\n<li>Put face cloth on tables<\/li>\n<li>Put on Atlas system.<\/li>\n<li>Set up for the positions for the various adjustments and enter their adjustment details into the Atlas system.<\/li>\n<li>Changes face tissues for each Practice Member and clear used face tissues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educate New Practice Members on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any changes they might experience after they have been adjusted and give them guidelines before they are adjusted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Direct Practice Members to the Front Desk after adjustments when necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret all pertinent information spoken in the local languages to Doctor, and from the Doctor to the Practice Member e.g Ga, Twi, Fanti, Ada, Ewe, Hausa etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draw the curtains.<\/li>\n<li>Put off the Air-Condition and the light<\/li>\n<li>Put CD\u2019s back into their cases and shut the door.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Birthday and thank you letters to Practice Members.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out any other duties assigned to you by Management from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should visit:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.africanbaggrecruitment.com\/\">http:\/\/www.africanbaggrecruitment.com\/<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PS: All applications SHOULD have the job title &#8220;Marketing Manager&#8221; as the subject line on the emails<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Closing:\u00a004 Sep, 2011<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Work Objectives: Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and systems put in place.
