\n\u2022 Examining assessment of the field\/recovery officers and taking appropriate action
\n\u2022 Analyzing the performance of each team\u2019s loan portfolio and direct appropriate actions on the field
\n\u2022 Engage in a periodic field visit to audit field operations and other issues of interest when necessary<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 1 or 2 years experience in a similar capacity
\n\u2022 Ability to handle multiple portfolios and submit reports on time
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills (Written and verbal).
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management skills
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks
\n\u2022 Dynamic, self-confident, very innovative result oriented and a team player
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office tools<\/p>\n
