\n\u2022 Have a PhD in the relevant field of specialization
\n\u2022 Show evidence of capacity for continuous research and dissemination of knowledge through technology transfer and publications
\n\u2022 Have extensive publications in peer reviewed journals and other academic databases
\n\u2022 Must have served as a Coordinator, Head of Department, Director, Vice Dean and or a Dean in a tertiary institution or an analogues institution
\n\u2022 Be a member of a recognized professional body in his or her field and
