{"id":50998,"date":"2020-09-15T09:49:55","date_gmt":"2020-09-15T09:49:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=50998"},"modified":"2020-09-15T09:49:55","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T09:49:55","slug":"ub-automotive-garage-jobs-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/ub-automotive-garage-jobs-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"UB Automotive Garage Jobs 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to cash management, system\/data maintenance and general administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the CEO, the Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive\u00a0administrative support in relation to cash management, system\/data maintenance and general\u00a0administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Automotive Garage Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Key activities will include:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Cash management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all monies received (cash, cheques, cards etc.) are processed promptly and securely in\u00a0accordance with company policy and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Send credit accounts credit notes to customers in agreed timescales<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all outstanding cash debt is followed up and managed in line with UB procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>General administration<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a systematic filing system for the easy retrieval of documentation and information<\/li>\n<li>Produce regular weekly\/monthly reports as required by the UB Garage<\/li>\n<li>Manage stationery, office supplies, and opening\/processing of post<\/li>\n<li>Provide admin support to the team<\/li>\n<li>Where applicable, set up and maintain employee records and payroll\u00a0Customer<\/li>\n<li>Professionally respond to and deal with customer communication to ensure total customer\u00a0satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain good working relationships with all members of UB Garage team to\u00a0provide excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Liaise effectively with customers, and other key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Administer the accurate upkeep of customer database records (Check list)\u00a0Systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Support the business to achieve high levels of process efficiency and cost control<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification and Requirements<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical diploma in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years of related Electric Vehicle automotive industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the basic financial and marketing techniques used to evaluate\u00a0projects\/products\/markets.<\/li>\n<li>Business development history with an ability to engage in technical discussions with\u00a0customers\/partners regarding product and application uses.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should send CV&#8217;s to<strong>\u00a0info@iqmundo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to cash management, system\/data maintenance and general administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
