{"id":51003,"date":"2020-09-15T09:48:17","date_gmt":"2020-09-15T09:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=51003"},"modified":"2020-09-15T09:48:17","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T09:48:17","slug":"ub-automotive-garage-recruitmment-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/ub-automotive-garage-recruitmment-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"UB Automotive Garage Recruitmment 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>UB Automotive Garage is looking to add a Business Development Executive\/Manager at our Newtown or Langhorne Locations!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Automotive Business Development Executive\/Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>The responsibilities of an Automotive Business Development Executive include, but are not limited,\u00a0to the following;<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure sales\/profit forecasts are achieved by attaining agreed quarterly sales\/profit forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Control expenses to ensure measurement of all incoming sales inquired and produce weekly reports<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Business Development department\u2019s financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Set and monitor minimum monthly standards for sales appointment set and calls made<\/li>\n<li>Manage inbound dealership and service calls, including answering incoming sales calls, setting appointments and escalating as necessary to sales and service team.<\/li>\n<li>Manage outbound sales and service contacts including but not limited to marketing campaigns, missed appointment phone calls, and appointment reminders<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute monthly reports identifying results from workshop marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills necessary to be successful in the Business Development Manager role include the following;<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organized and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing metrics and ability to process report<\/li>\n<li>Automotive knowledge of the Sales and Service process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification and Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical diploma in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years of related Electric Vehicle automotive industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the basic financial and marketing techniques used to evaluate projects\/products\/markets.<\/li>\n<li>Business development history with an ability to engage in technical discussions with customers\/partners regarding product and application uses.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should send CV&#8217;s to<strong>\u00a0info@iqmundo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UB Automotive Garage is looking to add a Business Development Executive\/Manager at our Newtown or Langhorne Locations!
