Further details of this as well as\u00a0other terms of employment will be discussed at the interview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sale and Advisory services<\/li>\n<li>Handling of all customer requests<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting<\/li>\n<li>Feedback management.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting and Data Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify, contact and sell life policies to target market.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a consistently high level of service delivery whilst identifying new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as personal insurance advisers and or consultants to their clientele in the value creation<\/li>\n<li>process.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all customer related issues ranging from online services to policy administration issues,<\/li>\n<li>payment of premiums, advice on new products and loyalty related benefits or services.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic visits to the client and establish strong relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a client referral database on potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of all business generated<\/li>\n<li>Manage client exits whilst ensuring utmost customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a 1st degree in any discipline from a recognized local or international university<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in sales or client services environment<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Focused and structured in approach, effectively managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Creative, confident and professional person with high levels of drive and integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your application and your CV to\u00a0<strong>recruitment.life@enterprisegroup.com.gh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Note that only short-listed applicants would be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company has opportunities for qualified and interested persons to join its Distribution Division and support in driving sales while achieving on their personal goals.
