{"id":51075,"date":"2020-09-17T09:10:50","date_gmt":"2020-09-17T09:10:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=51075"},"modified":"2020-09-17T09:10:50","modified_gmt":"2020-09-17T09:10:50","slug":"cowtribe-inc-recruitment-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/cowtribe-inc-recruitment-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Cowtribe Inc Recruitment 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Documents financial transactions by entering account information.<\/li>\n<li>Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains financial security by following internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.<\/li>\n<li>Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare PVs and posting same into quickbooks or any other software used<\/li>\n<li>Receive and vet request for funds and forward for approval<\/li>\n<li>Management of Petty Cash on the imprest system<\/li>\n<li>Handling customers, procurement of logistics, and vendors\u2019 accounts<\/li>\n<li>Process income and expenditure transactions in Quickbooks Accounting Software<\/li>\n<li>Cash\/Cheque lodgments<\/li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining a proper filing system and filing documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in fueling, monitoring and managing vehicle movements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly expenditure reports<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty as assigned by Accountant or the Director of Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
