Research legal boundaries, measurements of land and perform mathematical calculations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.<br \/>\n\u2022 Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.<br \/>\n\u2022 Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop land survey reports and guidelines<br \/>\n\u2022 Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Degree in Surveying<br \/>\n\u2022 At least 5 years\u2019 experience in similar role<br \/>\n\u2022 Good numerical skills and ability to make mathematical calculations<br \/>\n\u2022 In-depth Knowledge of land Acquisition in Ghana<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in Land search to attain genuineness of land<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in acquisition\/filing of Land Documentation with Lands Commission and other regulatory bodies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidate should send their CVs to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>careers@elidelprestige.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Land Surveyor Job Objectives: \u2022 Preparing sites for construction and providing data on measurements to establish property boundaries.
