Responsible for drawing up building designs, extensions, alterations, restoration and conservations from earliest stage through to completion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all works are carried out on specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage project team; collaborate and liaise with other construction professionals on the project<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Adjusting designs and plans to meet client\u2019s specific needs<br \/>\n\u2022 Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other professionals<br \/>\n\u2022 Make onsite visits to check on progress of project and report<br \/>\n\u2022 Be abreast with architectural trends and advancement<br \/>\n\u2022 Addressing issues that may arise during construction and advice on the best way forward<br \/>\n\u2022 Determining and adhering to budgets and project timelines<br \/>\n\u2022 Managing design projects from conception through to completion<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Degree in architecture or related field<br \/>\n\u2022 At least 5 years\u2019 experience in similar role<br \/>\n\u2022 Solid portfolio to prove artistic skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent technical drawing skills and familiarity with design software like, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, AutoCAD or similar<br \/>\n\u2022 Project management skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Visual awareness and eye for detail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidate should send their CVs to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>careers@elidelprestige.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Architect Job Objectives: \u2022 Planning, designing and overseeing construction work.
