\n\u2022 Develop and implement security policies, procedures and standards to minimize the risk associated with crime personnel of the Authority
\n\u2022 Conduct security and safety audits to ensure compliance
\n\u2022 Undertake investigation into security related incidents.
\n\u2022 Monitor and ensure the efficient functioning of Electronic Security Equipment (Biometric Access control systems, fire fighting equipment. CCTV system)
\n\u2022 Liaise with the local enforcement agencies to assist the Authority in any act of urgency
\n\u2022 Ensure the efficient functioning of Fire Safety Equipment Supervise the activities of and performance of the Zonal Officers.
\n\u2022 Monitor and ensure the efficient performance of the security guards.
\n\u2022 Advise management on security issues in respect of services provided by the Authority
\n\u2022 Undertake any other duties that may be assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Professional qualification in Security Management,
\n\u2022 A Minimum of five (5) years post qualification relevant work experience
\n\u2022 Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent understanding of crime management
\n\u2022 Strong Knowledge of security risk management. Knowledge in fire prevention and control
\n\u2022 Strong Report writing skills
\n\u2022 Demonstrable leadership and supervisory abilities
\n\u2022 Strong Knowledge in Public Administration and Public Policy Analysis Good knowledge in contract negotiations Strong project and operations management skills.
\n\u2022 Strong problem solving skills.
\n\u2022 Knowledge in Computing and Financial Resource Management.
\n\u2022 High integrity and ethical standards
\n\u2022 Must Have A valid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n
