Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Client Service Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Serve as link between VISIONFUND GHANA and clients in relation to need identification, VISIONFUND GHANA products promotion, loan disbursements and repayments and monitoring of clients\u2019 businesses.<\/p>\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 To assess the viability of prospective borrowers\u2019 businesses and make recommendations for advancing micro loans Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 HND Marketing or a good first degree in any discipline especially Marketing\/ Accountancy and Certificate holders in Agriculture and Rural development with field work experience. Relevant experience in the field of banking or a similar role is an advantage. \n\u2022 Ensure all pre and post draw \u2013 down conditions are met by clients before and after loan disbursement
\n\u2022 To assess and monitor borrowers\u2019 business operations to ensure timely loan repayment.
\n\u2022 Facilitate timely disbursement of loans to clients
\n\u2022 Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Candidate should have completed National Service and must have undergone six months training in credit with VisionFund Ghana.
\n\u2022 Ability to ride motor bike with a valid license.<\/p>\n
