{"id":51531,"date":"2020-10-02T16:13:41","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T16:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=51531"},"modified":"2020-10-02T16:13:41","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T16:13:41","slug":"teranga-gold-corporation-recruitment-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/teranga-gold-corporation-recruitment-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Teranga Gold Corporation Recruitment 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Summary of Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a 2-year assignment term with a fly-in fly-out role: 8 weeks on \/ 4 weeks off roster with travel in company time to our Sabodala mine site in Senegal.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Due to the pandemic &amp; quarantine periods the rotational schedules maybe longer, further information will be discussed during the recruitment process.<\/p>\n<p>As the Senior Maintenance Planner reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for all maintenance planning to ensure maximum cost-benefit while minimizing the interruption to production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Maintenance Planner \u2013 Process Plant\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To optimize the availability of fixed plant installations of the Processing Department and associated infrastructure as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent or his delegate.<\/p>\n<p>This should be achieved through effective management of the following key performance areas;<\/p>\n<p>Plant Maintenance \u2013 effective management of reliability centred maintenance systems, preventative maintenance programs and unplanned repairs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance Planning \u2013 Ensure all maintenance functions are planned effectively to ensure maximum cost-benefit while minimizing the interruption to production.<\/li>\n<li>Cost control \u2013 Contribute to the accurate compilation of budget forecasts and effective management of departmental expenditure.<\/li>\n<li>Resource Management \u2013 Provide systems to ensure the effective utilization of all available resources.
