Facilitating the Inbound, Inventory, Outbound and After<br \/>\nSales departments to achieve their KPIs and targets. Process standardization and optimization<br \/>\nto improve the overall efficiency of the warehousing operations for Jumia Services.<\/p>\n<p>Operations management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create KPIs and implement simple systems for evaluating and improving performance<\/li>\n<li>Use order life analysis to monitor end-to-end warehouse process and improve operational efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Setup and continuously improve warehouse operations processes<\/li>\n<li>Design dashboards to easily identify bottleneck areas of the operational processes<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily reporting on Backlog \/ Incidents\/Change\/Problem tickets and SLA status<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the technical teams as well as the local teams on all matters related to warehousing systems<\/li>\n<li>Controlling Out-of-Stock (OOS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finance, Stock, Fulfilment and Warehouses<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all financial processes associated with warehouse for each financial month, quarter and year end are executed accurately and in a timely manner at Executive level<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all necessary processes are in place to ensure no stock is lost in the warehouse, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate stock management tools and processes are in place to enable efficient working across Jumia online shops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors. Degree (Business Administration, Logistics- supply chain,<br \/>\nEconomics, Engineering)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel to create macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS,<br \/>\nanalytical capabilities and work books.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional certification in Logistics or supply chain<br \/>\nmanagement will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years FMCG, E-Commerce or warehouse<br \/>\nmanagement experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate and communicate in flawless English, French, and\/or Arabic (depending on base location)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated competency in data reporting and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience or high level of comfort in logistics operations<\/li>\n<li>Experience of E-commerce fulfillment best practice, with an<br \/>\nunderstanding of customer and seller behavior<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with working in a culturally diverse environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent People, Problem-solving, Negotiation, Time management<br \/>\nand Coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-Driven and great independent follow-through Ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong entrepreneurial skills, leadership, and drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A unique experience in an international, entrepreneurial, yet structured environment<\/li>\n<li>An unparalleled personal and professional improvement as our longer-term objective is to train the next generation of leaders for our future internet service lines<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to be part of a team full of talented people with the best backgrounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jumia is a leading e-commerce platform in Africa.
