EGL recruits <strong>Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: <strong>Managing Director<\/strong><br \/>\nStarting Date: ASAP<\/p>\n<p>Key Purpose: To provide a controlled accounting environment to protect the business against financial and business risk, contributing to an effective business operation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Financial Management and Reporting<br \/>\nBusiness and Administrative Control<br \/>\nStakeholder Management<br \/>\nWorking Capital Management<br \/>\nCorporate Governance<br \/>\nPeople Management<br \/>\nHSEQ<br \/>\nBudgeting<br \/>\nSpecific Outcomes:<br \/>\nAccurate financial reports and records<br \/>\nPrepared &amp; Approved Budgets<br \/>\nFinancial Risk Management<br \/>\nCredit Management<br \/>\nInvestment opportunities and foreign exchange transactions optimised<br \/>\nFinancial and Tax compliance<br \/>\nCompliance with business requirements and policies<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p>BCom.
