\n\u2022 Be a distinguished teacher and a scholar in teaching and learning
\n\u2022 Be at least a Principal Tutor in the college of Education
\n\u2022 Have a minimum of 5 years cumulative publications, 3 of which must have been published in a recognised peer reviewed journals
\n\u2022 Have good knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing the colleges of Education in Ghana
\n\u2022 Be able to complete at least one term of 3 years before attaining the compuslory retirement age of 60<\/p>\n
