\n\u2022 Supervise record keeping of log book by drivers and to ensure timely servicing and renewal of documentation
\n\u2022 Responsible for training of subordinate staff
\n\u2022 Ensure efficient and effective management and control of the transport system
\n\u2022 Coordinate effectively with the institutes\/cost centres on matters with respect to procurement and maintenance of vehicles
\n\u2022 Any other job assigned by the Director of Administration<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of valid Ghanaian Driver\u2019s License (D)
\n\u2022 Must have at least 10 years relevant experience
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of 5 years experience at Senior Management level
\n\u2022 Leadership skills
\n\u2022 Monitoring and Evaluation skills
\n\u2022 Communication, report writing and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Knowledge of vehicle maintenance<\/p>\n
