\n\u2022 Ensuring the effective maintenance of the commission\u2019s properties
\n\u2022 Maintaining a healthy environment, both at the office and the residence
\n\u2022 Ensuring compliance with regulations and statutory documents in the area of estate management
\n\u2022 Effective supervision and coordination of projects of the commission
\n\u2022 Respond appropriately to emergencies that may arise and ensure appropriate actions are taken
\n\u2022 Responsible for the training of subordinate staff
\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient use of tools and machinery
\n\u2022 Any other job assigned by the Director of Administration<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A member of a recognised professional body in the field in relation to the above
\n\u2022 Must have at least 15 years relevant experience
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of 10 years experience at Senior Management level
\n\u2022 A complete understanding of any building software applications
\n\u2022 Knowledge of procurement and abreast of legislation in the building industry
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Project Management
\n\u2022 A good communication skill
\n\u2022 Ability to work well under pressure and meed deadlines<\/p>\n
