Ready?<\/p>\n<p>Role Purpose<br \/>\nTo execute the annual audit plan through performing Technology and Integrated audits and ad hoc management requests in line with the Internal Audit methodology and tracking agreed actions to closure per the Internal Audit Methodology<br \/>\nManage relationships with various client departments and lead and provide guidance and best practices to the Internal Audit team and client departments on relevant current and emerging Technology topics including cyber-security and threat management, intelligent automation, and block chain. Typically reports to the Internal Audit Manager<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibility<\/p>\n<p>Key accountabilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute annual audit plan<\/li>\n<li>Manage and lead audit projects<\/li>\n<li>Compile impactful audit reports<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on outstanding issues<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Produce great quality audit work<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of the annual audit plan in terms of technical audits that should be performed<\/li>\n<li>Execute the approved annual audit plan with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Lead technical IT and Network audits<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that audits are performed in accordance with the Internal Audit methodology<\/li>\n<li>Compile quality audit reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that follow-ups are conducted as per the Internal Audit methodology<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality of audits (self- and peer-review audit work and reports)<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with client departments focussing on the local and international IT and network teams<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast with internal audit (IT) and technical developments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fraud and Ethics<br \/>\nInternal Audit Methodology<br \/>\nInternal Controls<br \/>\nAudit Governance<br \/>\nAudit Process<br \/>\nAudit Delivery<br \/>\nAudit Reporting<br \/>\nProgram Assurance<br \/>\nControlling Risk<br \/>\nData Analytics and Insights<br \/>\nProject and Programme Management<br \/>\nResearch<br \/>\nRisk Assessment<br \/>\nRisk Management<br \/>\nCompliance<br \/>\nTechnical \/ Professional Qualifications<br \/>\nMinimum requirements include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric\/grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent<\/li>\n<li>A relevant IT Bachelor Degree (e.g. BSC Computer Science, B.Com Informatics\/ B.Com Information Systems)<\/li>\n<li>5-7 years audit experience (at least 4 years in Technical \/Infrastructure Computer Auditing)<\/li>\n<li>Computer Audit qualifications e.g. CISA, CISM and CISSP \u2013 at least 1 of the 3 is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical \/ professional qualifications and Experience Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant bachelor degree (Essential)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years audit experience (Essential)<\/li>\n<li>Internal Audit experience (Essential)<\/li>\n<li>IT certification: CISA, CISM, or CISSP (Essential)<\/li>\n<li>Cyber security experience (Advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications industry experience (Advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Relevant postgraduate degree (Advantage)CA(SA) or CIA (Advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our purpose at Vodafone is to connect for a better future.
