Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Manager of the Union is responsible to the Board of Directors for the day-to-day management and general growth of the Union. Specifically, the Manager will be in charge of the following:<\/p>\n \u2022 Providing Strategic leadership for the Union\u2019s Human Resource (Staff) Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n The ideal applicant should possess the following qualification:<\/p>\n \u2022 Must be a holder of M.Com\/MBA in Accounting or Finance, a member of ICAG or ACCA with at least five years post professional qualification experience in Credit Union Management. \n\u2022 Development of new products and innovation of existing products
\n\u2022 Mobilizing savings
\n\u2022 Providing prudent investments advice and monitoring of Union\u2019s funds
\n\u2022 Ensuring compliance with the Credit Union Association (CUA) directives and other statutory regulations
\n\u2022 Presenting budgets, monthly financial, Statistical reports and other reports as requested by the Board.
\n\u2022 Any other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A degree programme in Micro-finance will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
