\n\u2022 Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
\n\u2022 Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
\n\u2022 Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
\n\u2022 Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
\n\u2022 Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
\n\u2022 Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience with Forecasting, Material Planning, Forwarding and Customs clearing
\n\u2022 Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Enterprise Resource Planning software
\n\u2022 The ability to interpret Financial data and allocate budgets
\n\u2022 Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
\n\u2022 Graduate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management and\/or Engineering field
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years experience<\/p>\n
