\n\u2022 Draw up and monitor the implementation of college library strategic plan
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain procedures, policies and systems that made efficient library operation
\n\u2022 Plan, organise, coordinate and measure the work activities of all library personnel
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the relevant and appropriate institutional libraries and organisations within the outside the country to attract grants for library development and be exposed to international best practices and
\n\u2022 Be a member of the academic board<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Have served as Deputy Librarian in a college of Education or comparable grade in a similar institution\/organisation for at least 4 years
\n\u2022 Be conversant with library records management software
\n\u2022 Be analytical, critical, information and research oriented professional integrity and
\n\u2022 Be able to complete a least one term of 4 years before attaining a compulsory retirement age of 60 years<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Up-to-date curriculum vitae indicating names and addresses of three referees
\n\u2022 Copies of educational and other professional certificates<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 6 copies sets of the application dossier must be submitted in hard copies
