\n\u2022 Assist with monthly estimation of variable cost and ensure accurate accrual of variable costs.
\n\u2022 Maintain record of key suppliers and their cost drivers to aid in direct operating cost estimation.
\n\u2022 Ensure monthly entry of ADIs into Cyberjet software and preparation of monthly fuel report.
\n\u2022 Facilitate accurate and timely preparation of budget reports.
\n\u2022 Analyse actual expenses and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs of operations.
\n\u2022 Assist in payment vouchers posting.
\n\u2022 Assists with periodic inventory count and report the outcome of the count.
\n\u2022 Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
\n\u2022 Direct assigned tasks and provide assistance as needed.
\n\u2022 Perform other functions assigned by supervisor.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 ACCA\/ICA Part qualified is an added advantage.
\n\u2022 Minimum of three years of accounting experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proficient in accounting software such as SAP Business One & Oracle ERP.
\n\u2022 Conversant in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
\n\u2022 Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
\n\u2022 Adequate knowledge in accounting principles and standards.
\n\u2022 Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n\u2022 Proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks as well as multi-task.
\n\u2022 Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
\n\u2022 Ability to motivate staff.<\/p>\n
