\n\u2022 Have completed National Service and possess a certificate to that effect
\n\u2022 Have a good Bachelor\u2019s degree in procurement, Business administration, Accounting or any relevant field
\n\u2022 Have Master\u2019s degree in Procurement or any related field
\n\u2022 Be a member of chartered institute of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or any related field
\n\u2022 Have at least 10 years post qualification experience in a procurement related field
\n\u2022 Have demonstrated experience in procurement of works, goods and services
\n\u2022 Understand the Public Procurement act and donor procurement activities
\n\u2022 Have ability to prioritize multiple assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, to exercise good judgement and to effectively communicate with management
\n\u2022 Have good knowledge in project management and good understanding of financial transactions
\n\u2022 Be result oriented and must have negotiation and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Have proven record of integrity
\n\u2022 Have no criminal record
\n\u2022 Be computer literate<\/p>\n
