He will also conduct refresher training for existing officers and contracts on regular basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Training Instructor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver lessons and practical training exercise in line with course content<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports and feedback on recruits progress and performance<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for personal tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Instructor on daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate resources are in place to support each training delivery<\/li>\n<li>Plan and conduct any other work as tasked by Chief instructor.<\/li>\n<li>Work to ensure the best interest of the business is always met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Teacher Training Diploma or Military\/Police Background.<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about imparting knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Have experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Training Instructor will serve as a Facilitator, Coach, and Mentor for new security officers and will take them through the required G4S Security Training course.
