\n\u2022 Ensure regular dust suppresion within all operational and surrounding communities to meet statutory requirements
\n\u2022 Maintain good pit access ramps for smooth haulage
\n\u2022 Ensure that all excavation works are safely completed at the portals, rompad and other relevant areas
\n\u2022 Monitor and control dumping at the waste dump rompad and aggregate crusher to avoid brach of safety standards
\n\u2022 Ensure safe haulage throughout the shifts to avoid fall-offs
\n\u2022 Ensure all access roads are well maintained by regular grading and gravelling with the focus on sustaining downstream benefits to the mine.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years experience in the mining industry
\n\u2022 Minimum of captain statutory certification
\n\u2022 Good computer skills and working knowledge in Power Point, Word, Excel, etc
\n\u2022 Must be holder of a valid Ghanaian Driver\u2019s license Class B or better<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Attention to details
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills with high degree of the teamwork
\n\u2022 Good communication (oral & written) skills
\n\u2022 Proven commitment and integrity in the discharge of duties
\n\u2022 Good report writing and analytical skills<\/p>\n
