Job Title:\u00a0Call Centre Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Department:<\/strong>\u00a0Commercial
\n\u2022\u00a0Reports to:<\/strong>\u00a0Ticketing and Reservations Manager
\n\u2022\u00a0Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n

Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for incoming calls to the call center, processing reservations and changes in itinerary, making alternative booking arrangements in coordination with reservations support and resolving problems.<\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Answer phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
\n\u2022 Provide customers with flight, route and pricing information.
\n\u2022 Research required information using available resources.
\n\u2022 Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding flight reservations and ticketing problems.
\n\u2022 Process reservations, cancelation request and bookings requested by the customers.
\n\u2022 Identify, escalate priority issues and report to the appropriate teams or personnel.
\n\u2022 Route inbound calls to the appropriate resources and follow up complicated customer calls where required.
\n\u2022 Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and updates them.
\n\u2022 Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
\n\u2022 Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
\n\u2022 Perform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 1st degree from a recognized University.
\n\u2022 At least one (1) year experience in the call centre industry
\n\u2022 Ability to speak French is a plus.
\n\u2022 Experience in Fare Quotes and Reservations.
\n\u2022 Experience in ticket revalidation, rebooking and upgrading.
\n\u2022 Experience in the use of Radixx is a plus.<\/p>\n

Competencies (Knowledge\/Skills\/Abilities)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills \u2013 ability to communicate in a very concise and effective manner with customers and supervisors.
\n\u2022 A good listener and able to project a calm, steady demeanour in all interactions
\n\u2022 Stress tolerance and resilience.
\n\u2022 Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
\n\u2022 Ability to multi-task in an extremely high-paced environment.
\n\u2022 Ability to work late evenings, weekends and other hours as required by the Call Centre schedule.
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize and execute with a sense of urgency and preciseness.
\n\u2022 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually.
\n\u2022 Ability to learn, understand and communicate the terms of the company\u2019s Contract of Carriage.
\n\u2022 Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used.<\/p>\n
