\n\u2022 Lead the provision of technical support in the periodic maintenance of NDPC\u2019s property
\n\u2022 Provide technical support in the preparation of budget estimates for works on NDPC\u2019s building\/equipment
\n\u2022 Inspect sanitation and maintenance of NDPC\u2019s Estates
\n\u2022 Supervise furnishing of offices and residential accommodation
\n\u2022 Submit periodic reports on the maintenance of the property of the NDPC
\n\u2022 Ensure supply of reliable utility services
\n\u2022 Ensure staff appraisals are carried out in a timely matter
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Manager or Director<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of three (3) years post qualification work experience in Estate and Property Management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Computer literacy
\n\u2022 Financial administration procedures and procurement processes.
\n\u2022 Skills in strategic and project management
\n\u2022 Analytical skills
\n\u2022 Required knowledge in relevant computer application
\n\u2022 Report writing skills
\n\u2022 Inter-personal and communication skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Curriculum vitae with biographic data, contact information, names and addresses of two (2) referees
\n\u2022 Copies of academic and professional certificates (you will need to bring the original if you are shortlisted for an interview)
\n\u2022 Evidence of good standing with academic and professional institution if profession is regulated by law
\n\u2022 Vision statement for Director positions only on how applicant intends to respond to the constitutional mandate and mission of the Commission (2-4 pages long on A4-size paper)
