\n\u2022 Ensure the efficient use of cleaning materials
\n\u2022 Daily wiping, mopping of floors, cleaning washrooms and other assigned areas within NDPC
\n\u2022 Dusts areas such as louvres, windows, tables and removes cobwebs
\n\u2022 Sweep and weed compound
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Cleaner, Estate Officer or Chief Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Communication and Interpersonal Skills
\n\u2022 The ability to work in teams<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Curriculum vitae with biographic data, contact information, names and addresses of two (2) referees
\n\u2022 Copies of academic and professional certificates (you will need to bring the original if you are shortlisted for an interview)
\n\u2022 Evidence of good standing with academic and professional institution if profession is regulated by law
\n\u2022 Vision statement for Director positions only on how applicant intends to respond to the constitutional mandate and mission of the Commission (2-4 pages long on A4-size paper)
