\n\u2022 Liaise with sector agencies and sub-national structures for effective collaboration.
\n\u2022 Provide inputs for preparation of work programmes and schedules in conformity with the objectives of the Divisions
\n\u2022 Provide technical analysis for the formulation of sectoral policies and plans
\n\u2022 Prepare quality policy papers to be presented in both national and international conferences
\n\u2022 Contribute to research on national development issues and maintains a repository of knowledge for purposes of learning and assisting other organizations as needed
\n\u2022 Conduct analysis on the implementation of development plans, policies and projects
\n\u2022 Support the preparation of Long-term and Medium-term Policy Frameworks, Planning Guidelines, Annual Progress Report and other key deliverables
\n\u2022 Maintain and update effective Management Information Systems
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Directors and Director-General<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of six (6) years post qualification relevant working experience
\n\u2022 Knowledge of both national and international development issues and enhanced understanding of the National and sub-national Planning Processes including Monitoring and Evaluation
\n\u2022 Demonstrable evidence of experience and previous work involving strategic and\/or development planning
\n\u2022 Demonstrable experience in research and policy analysis with relevant publications in high reputable journals
\n\u2022 Demonstrated capacity to generate and implement new ideas.
\n\u2022 Excellent skills on resource mobilization.
\n\u2022 Knowledge in the conduct of research, data analysis and interpretation
\n\u2022 Knowledge in ICT including Microsoft Office suite and statistical analysis softwares.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Monitoring, measuring, evaluation methodologies
\n\u2022 The conduct of research, data analysis and interpretation
\n\u2022 Microsoft Office suite and the use of the internet
\n\u2022 Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
\n\u2022 Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical Skills<\/p>\n
