The role is also responsible for monitoring the quality standards of\u00a0all security services, ensuring adherence to standards, and health and safety of the security officers, the location, and customers. The scope of work covers all operations within Western, Central, Ashanti, and the Northern regions \u2013 with approx. 2000 uniformed security officers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Operations Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Effective management of the Operational effectiveness and Efficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain Strict control over operational vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Drive health and Safety compliance with your team to reduce LTI &amp; HIPO, and demonstrate compliance<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship between functional departments to ensure effectiveness of operations<\/li>\n<li>Operational Cost management and efficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Labour Efficiency according to standards<\/li>\n<li>Achieve Contract profitability on all contracts within area of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Prevent claims through regular customer risk assessments &amp; operational effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Effective management of the division\u2019s people performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proper allocation\/scheduling of security officers to locations to satisfy contractual requirements<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and address employee turnover<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring appropriate level employee training and development on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<li>Maintain excellent employee motivation, performance management and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring employees adhere to standards and address accordingly in line with G4S policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Address all disciplinary issues in conjunction with human resources<\/li>\n<li>Proper management and leadership of the supervisory team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer retention and maintaining customer service levels<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring overall quality service delivery in line with the \u2018G4S Way\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring customer complaints are dealt with speedily.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensuring that customers receive written recommendations on the status of their security, recommendations such as upgrading their security set up and any areas of security concern for risk mitigation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure 24\/7 patrols and supervisory checks take place at guard locations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all required formal customer meeting are scheduled, attended and documented<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring appropriate customer measures and KPIs are maintained at business and regional level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development &amp;
