You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand Manager \u2013 Cocoa Beverages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>How you will contribute<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>What you will bring<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering results<\/li>\n<li>Marketing preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector<\/li>\n<li>Our brands and business with a clear understanding of our consumers<\/li>\n<li>Delivering results autonomously and influencing stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills and a creative mindset\u2014a balance of commercial and strategic acumen<\/li>\n<li>Presenting a story in an inspiring and convincing manner<\/li>\n<li>Project management from design to completion with an action orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>More about this role<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that the ideal candidate will have:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Relevant tertiary degree or diploma<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Classical marketing background (4-6 years experience)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 FMCG preferably with exposure to the full consumer spectrum in terms of top end and the bottom of the pyramid (deep consumer understanding and experience)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Clear understanding of the trade channels and exposure to working with key accounts and sales management teams<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Exposure to developing strategy and creating new opportunities for growth<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the core principles in terms marketing, project management and sales in planning process<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Effective brand planning and forecasting ability<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Excellent execution and project management skills<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Strong communication and influencing skills<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Ability to build strategic and collaborative working relationships across the business<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Financial acumen and commercial acumen<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Ability to frame and present new ideas to gain buy in and resource<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">\u2013 Strong level of computer competency, i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, , Word, Excel, SAP Front End, BW, etc<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>Relocation Support Available?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>Business Unit Summary<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
